Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bespoke Baubles, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how to return items if needed.


Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel your order for any reason. This "cooling-off period" starts the day after you receive your item.

To cancel, simply contact us at hello@bespoke-baubles.comk within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Return postage: For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you have the following rights:

Within 30 days of delivery

You are entitled to a full refund for any item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Between 30 days and 6 months

We will offer a repair or replacement. If this is not possible or unsuccessful, you are entitled to a full refund.

After 6 months

You may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund, but you may need to prove the fault was present at the time of purchase.

To report a faulty or damaged item:

Return postage for faulty items: We will cover the cost of return postage for any item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us first – Email hello@bespoke-baubles.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item securely – Use the original packaging if possible, or pack carefully to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Post the item – Send to the address we provide in our reply. We recommend using a tracked service.
  4. Receive your refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 14 days.

Refund Timescales

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

We will refund:

  • The full price of the item
  • Standard delivery costs (if the item was faulty or not as described)

If you chose express or premium delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.


Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
